This policy explains how AIStudio.London collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or get in touch with us, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.
Who we are
AIStudio.London is a trading name of AISTUDIO.LONDON LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17147719), with its registered office at Homefield, Stoney Lane, Hemel Hempstead, HP3 0DP. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number C1905339.
The information we collect
- Information you give us. If you submit your email address to request our AI Readiness Assessment, or otherwise contact us, we collect that email address and anything you choose to tell us.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server and security logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) needed to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To send you the AI Readiness Assessment you requested, and to follow up about how we might help. Lawful basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- To run and secure the website. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and protected.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to remember your cookie choice, and analytics cookies only if you consent. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, including:
- our cloud hosting and email infrastructure provider (Amazon Web Services), used to host the site and deliver enquiry emails;
- our business email provider, used to receive and respond to your enquiry;
- our product-analytics provider (PostHog), hosted in the European Union, used only with your consent to understand in aggregate how the site is used.
We do not pass your information to anyone else except where required by law.
International transfers
We aim to keep personal data within the UK or European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside those areas, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your request and, where relevant, our ongoing relationship, and then for a reasonable period in line with our legal and accounting obligations. Server logs are kept only for a short period.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@aistudio.london.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk, although we would welcome the chance to put things right first.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
